PLACING AN ORDER
Everything you see on our website is in stock and ready to go. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days depending on the time your order is placed. Upon receiving your order you will receive an email confirmation by the next business day which will include the shipment date(s), including estimates for Special Order items. If there are any additional shipping fees for your location we will inform you of them at that time. Please review your order details carefully and contact us immediately if you would like to make any changes or additions.
Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a second email containing delivery and tracking information.
OUR SHIPPING POLICY AND RATES
Stardust Gifts offers shipping within Canada, to the United States and internationally through Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service, Fedex or local courier for addresses in the GTA. Your order is shipped directly from our warehouse in Markham, Ontario. Canadian and US shipping fees are automatically calculated and added to your total invoice at checkout.
Our shipping rates for Canada are as follows:

A few of our larger items or items with special handling needs have additional shipping expenses on top of the flat rate. These are clearly indicated on the product page and the exact (additional) shipping cost will be included in a confirmation email up receiving your order. We can also calculate the fees in advance based on your exact Postal or Zip code if you would like to contact us at: customerservice@stardustgifts.ca
Special shipping rates may apply to those areas Canada Post designates as "Remote Areas" including addresses with the following postal codes: AOK, VOT, SOJ, G0G, X0A, T0P, P0L, X0C, V0N, P0V, Y0B, V0R, R0C, A0P, V0V, T0H, J0M, X0B, V0J, P0T, X0E, V0P, R0B. We are happy to ship to these areas, a customer service representative will contact you with the exact cost to do so.

If you are ordering items to be shipped internationally, we will contact you with a shipping quote based on the weight and size of your package and you will have a choice of standard or express delivery. Your order will be completed pending your approval of that quote.
Please note that we are not responsible for customs or brokerage charges incurred on shipments travelling outside of Canada.
If quicker delivery is required, please contact us by phone or email and we will do what we can to accomodate you. We will notify you at that time about any additional shipping expenses for rush service.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not happy with your purchase, items can be returned in their original condition for exchange or refund. Please notify us within 7 days. We are not responsible for the cost of shipping in such circumstance, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable. We will refund & pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
Please see specific terms on the product pages for cancellation of entertainers, furniture or larger decor items. There is often a minimum amount of notice required for full refund of deposit.
Items that specify a minimum purchase quantity must be returned in said quantity.
There is no refund or exchange on personalized or custom made products unless the return is a result of our error.
Any "ON SALE" items are final sale (no exchanges or refunds) and are clearly indicated as such on their product page.
If you need to return an item you can contact us by phone or email or simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
PAYMENT
We accept major credit cards and other forms of payment through Paypal, a secure online service.
You do not have to create or have a Paypal account to purchase with your credit card.
CURRENCY
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.
TAXES
Canadian orders will be charged 13% HST.
Residents of other countries are responsible for any additional taxes, customs or brokerage charges they may incur.
PRIVACY POLICY
This site uses a secure socket layer (SSL) to encrypt all of your personal information.
We will not share or sell your personal information with third parties for any reason.

Do you have a catalogue you can mail me?
Not at his time. Our collection is so extensive and we are continuously adding items and ideas to the site. We do email out a newsletter that you can subscribe to on our home page.
Where are you located?
Our office and warehouse are located at:
461 Alden Road, Unit 24 Markham, ON L3R 3L4.
We do not have a retail storefront at this time and cannot make sales in person.
Can I order by phone?
Yes, absolutely. We can be reached Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm at 905-940-6047.
How often do you update the website?
Almost every day we are adding new items to our online store. The Stardust Giftstore has been open since 1995 so there is an extremely large inventory of items & we're bringing them to you online as fast as we can.
A member of our Stardust staff is solely focused on optimizing the website for our customers.
