OUR SHIPPING POLICY:
Stardust Gifts offers shipping within Canada, to the United States and internationally through Canada Post Expedited Parcel Ground service. The flat rate for ground shipping to Canada and the continental US is based on your location and on the package being under 10 pounds in weight.

If you are ordering items to be shipped internationally, we will contact you with a shipping quote. Your order will be completed pending the approval of that quote. Please note that we are not responsible for customs or brokerage charges incurred on shipments traveling outside of Canada. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us.

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. If quicker shipment is required, please contact us for the various service options and rates to your location.

PAYMENT:

We accept major credit cards and other forms of payment through Paypal, a secure online service.

CURRENCY:

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.

TAXES:

Canadian orders will be charged 13% HST. Residents of other countries are responsible for any additional taxes they may incur.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

If you are not happy with your purchase, items can be returned in their original condition for exchange or refund. Please notify us within 7 days. We are not responsible for the cost of shipping, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
